DINING

IMG_8855.jpg

We pride ourselves on offering cuisine with wholesome ingredients, many times picked right from the ranch garden. Freshly baked bread offered at every supper paired with locally sourced meats and vegetables provide the perfect balance to end with seasonal desserts made with love. Our meals are full of homemade goodness, always high quality, healthy and sensational.

We’re aware that meals at home are hurried events or eaten on the run. Every part of a vacation should be pure pleasure, and on the ranch, you can indulge yourself in scrumptious, yet real food. Menus are fulfilling, diverse and satisfying to both adults and children alike.

All-Inclusive Dining

All-inclusive weeks include three square meals a day. Everyone comes to meals at the same time when they hear the lodge bell ring. Meals are served either buffet or family style with the exception of the adults only plated dinner while the children enjoy a campfire cookout. A typical week also includes three cookouts, weather permitting. A sample menu of our all-inclusive dining experience is provided below.

Off-Season Meals

When we aren't offering the all-inclusive package, we move to an a la carte plan for meal options.

We still serve our full breakfast buffet. Lunch consist of grab and go items including chef prepared sandwiches, wraps and salads using locally sourced ingredients.

Evening meals rotate on a weekly basis and are traditional guest ranch style cuisine. Guests may make a reservation with at least 24 hours advance notice.

If any member of your party has food allergies or dietary restrictions, with advance notice, our ranch chef can prepare special menus for their meals. We ask for as much information as possible before you arrive, so don’t hesitate to contact us with the details.
