Choice of scenic ceremony site on the ranch
Transportation to and from the ceremony location
Private getting-ready cabins for each wedding party
Reception held in our rustic lodge
Full-service catering by Chef Davis with a custom-designed menu
Custom dessert selection — wedding cake or dessert bar
Limited vendor coordination, including outreach four weeks prior and the day before your wedding
Limited setup and cleanup on the day of your event

Your Venue Fee in the Wedding Weekend package includes the rehearsal dinner and reception dinner for all guests, along with a Saturday brunch for the wedding party.

The venue only fee includes the reception dinner for all guests.

You’ll have the opportunity to customize each menu by selecting from our menu options, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Davis.

For guests who would like to enjoy additional meals during their stay, the following options are available:

Brunch: Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before checkout

$60 per person + tax

Dinner: Available Thursday

$60 per person + tax

Colorado Trails Ranch offers ten beautifully rustic cabins of varying sizes, comfortably accommodating up to 50 guests on property.

Our one-bedroom cabin is thoughtfully transformed into a private bridal suite. The bride and groom enjoy up to four complimentary nights, including an additional night to relax and unwind before heading off on their next adventure.

Price, per guest for lodging: $150/night

*A one day venue rental includes a one night stay for bride & groom

Each guest will book their own lodging accommodations directly with Colorado Trails Ranch. We are happy to take care of placing guests into cabins to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.

If the bride and groom wish to cover the cost of lodging for any of their guests, we are happy to add those accommodations to their final bill. This is entirely optional and at the couple’s discretion.

For celebrations exceeding 60 guests, an additional $100 per guest applies for attendance at the dinner reception.
