Setup and coordination
Before the Wedding

A special opportunity for you, as a couple, to meet with our skilled coordinator. This consultation allows us to discuss your wedding vision, review all the details, and conduct a site evaluation and walk-through.

Confirm details with individual vendors.

E-mail and phone contact (starting 4 weeks prior to wedding).

Three consultations( either over zoom or in person): the first after signing the contract, the second one month before the event, and the third one week prior to the event.

Develop a detailed timeline for the ceremony and reception, and share it with all vendors and the bridal party.

Oversee and coordinate the rehearsal at the ranch.
Ceremony
-
Venue staff will greet and direct all guests as they arrive.
-
Greet all vendors upon arrival at the ceremony and reception site as the point of reference.
-
Supervise the setup of the ceremony.
-
Assist with pinning boutonnieres, coordinating with musicians, and organizing the bridal party and family for the processional.

Manage the transfer of gifts and other miscellaneous items, as needed, from the ceremony to the reception venue.
Reception
-
Ensure proper placement of tables, linens, chairs, place settings, and pre-arranged centerpieces.

Greet and direct guests
-
Manage time line for all events and vendors.

Prompt the Bride, Groom, and bridal party for key moments such as introductions, the first dance, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet/garter toss, and the send-off, if desired.

Coordinate with the DJ on music timing
-
Ensure that gifts and other items are safely transported to their designated post-wedding location as specified by the bride.
Day of coordinator included in The Forever Weekend Package.
