Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted with a 2.75% processing fee, or you are welcome to send a check to avoid the fee. Colorado Trails will reach out to your preferred contact method within 48 hours to receive payment. If payment is not received within one week of booking, reservation will be forfeited.
